By using PawSwap, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.

What PawSwap is

PawSwap is a platform that connects dachshund owners to exchange dog-sitting services. We do not provide pet care ourselves — we only facilitate introductions between members. All swap arrangements are made directly between users.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must be a dachshund owner to participate in swaps.
• One account per person.

Community rules

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your dog.
• Honour swap commitments you accept. Cancellations affect other people's pets.
• Treat swap partners with respect. Harassment or abuse will result in account removal.
• Do not use PawSwap for commercial pet-sitting arrangements.
• Leave honest reviews after swaps.

Swap credits

Swap credits are non-monetary tokens used to balance exchanges within the platform. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. PawSwap reserves the right to adjust credit balances in cases of fraud or abuse.

Liability

PawSwap is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to pets, people, or property that occurs during a swap. You participate at your own risk. We strongly recommend ensuring your pet is up to date on vaccinations and that both parties communicate clearly about the dog's needs and health before any swap begins.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the community. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PawSwap after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
